Dear all,
in order to proceed with the withdrawn of CITY and its consequent
substitution with the Technical University of Crete (with the research group
of Prof. Sotiris Ioannidis), who already had a preliminary positive feedback
by the PO, we should agree on the replan of the secondments, taking into
consideration that sending and hosting organizations can not be in the same
country, and that academics can second only to non-academics.
Please find attached an excel with the secondments list. In the first sheet
you can find the original planning; in the second sheet I substituted CITY
with TUC and highlighted in red the inconsistences w.r.t. the original plan.
In the third sheet, you can find our proposal where we adapted the hosting
organization only (highlighted in green). This will allow us to keep
unchanged the PMs (and thus secondments) allocated to each partner.
Please all of you take a look to this new plan and give us your feedback
within tomorrow EOB. We would like to open this amendment within this week.
The PO granted us priority for this.
Following her indication, after that we can open the second amendment with
the extension and the change of premises of STS. We still have to contact
her to communicate the outcomes of the meeting (we would like to do it just
after opening the withdrawn amendment), and the substitution procedure was
already agreed before the kick off.
Kind regards
Fulvio
