Dear all, the first meeting of the series of meetings in preparation of the review is scheduled for Monday 19 of December at 10AM CET. Please find below the link to participate, I will also circulate a calendar invite. The goal of the meeting will be to find a common strategy for the review, with the objective to explain to the POs that we already have a vision and we know what we are going to do. Please each WP Leader start to draft what they wanted to put into the slides (not needed to have already the slides, just an indication of what writ in them 😊 ). If ok for everybody, we can think to meet every Monday until the review at this time. Dear all, the best candidate seems to be Monday 19, but lets wait until this evening to choose the pool (some still have to respond). In the meantime, I would like to confirm you that the current PO (Vasiliki Exarchou) and the future one (Nathalie Riguelle) will be in Milan in presence and confirmed the date of January 31st, 2023. You can use the following abstract --------- AERAS consortium (https://www.aeras-project.eu/) designed and implemented the following questionnaire for the healthcare sector stakeholders. MidTerm review Meeting: final date

Dear all, looking the availabilities in the doodle, we can organize the MidTerm review on Tuesday, 31st of January (full day), with the option to have the rehearsal on Monday 30th. As indicated by the PO, it will be a hybrid meeting. We encourage everybody to join us in Milan (Dipartimento di Informatica, via Celoria 18 Milano), where also the two POs (the current and the upcoming ones) will be present. Please note that also secondments are warmly invited to participate. In the next days we will send you a first draft of the agenda. During the meeting there will be a restricted session where the seconded researchers will be interviewed.
