Inclusion of an associate partner to host secondees in continental greece

Dear all, we have received request from EAIN to commit some more PMs from budget that UMIL and PAGNI is not going to use, as indicated in the excel you have filled in the last days. We have preliminary contacted the PO and she confirmed us that this change won't require an amendment. To foster the synergies with the pilots and to balance the support to both PAGNI and UPAT, we were discussing the need to find a venue for EAIN to send secondees in continental Greece, also because PAGNI has reached its maximum number of secondees allowed for its structure. We have contacted LIBRA AI (https://www.libramli.ai/<https://eur02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.libra…>), a SME based in Athens and that already have collaborated with CUT and EAIN in several H2020 grants. They have strong expertise in AI-enabled business intelligence including AI-powered dashboards that embed Artificial Intelligence components, and they can help us in the crucial work in WP3. We think they can constitute a major knowledge-transfer outcome for EAIN through its participation in AERAS. They will join the Consortium as Associated Partner with no budget. We have preliminary proposed it to the PO and she has no objections, just we have to open an amendment. Please take a look at it, and if you have something to argument against it, please discuss it in today's call. The Aeras project's dedicated server is now available!

Dear all, I'm happy to inform you that the Aeras project's server is now ready! The specs of the server are listed below: OS: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS CPU: 30 vCores RAM: 96 GB HDD: 1 TB Network: 1 Gbit access to the internet. (Multiple nics for Openstack) Public access: NO (trying to avoid if not necessary) I currently have VPN connections prepared for the following partners: UNIMI, TRINOMIAL, ETHICAL and AEGIS. It is an OpenVPN server. (Please, each of the above partners, provide me with the client installation requirements: Windows, Mac, Linux... eg.) I'm proceeding with the installation of Openstack (I keep my fingers crossed!) I hope to have more information for you at the upcoming meeting... Have a nice day ahead! Best, Evangelos, PAGNI.
