Dear friends, your project contacts should have been advised that the project periodic reporting has been opened. Please read carefully, there are action points for everybody. Each partner should access the portal and fill the required information, in particular the ones related to the financial information. The financial statement should be confirmed and then signed by your organizations PLFSIGN. Please note that this step is required even if you have 0 secondments (and consequently your report is without fund). In the meanwhile, I have started to draft the technical report, you can find in SharePoint under WP1 report. All WP leaders are requested to update and complete the part related to the work done by the respective WP, including the contribution of any single secondee. The period is from 01/12/2019 to 31/05/2023. I have already included the data we put in the MTM report, but we need to update it complete it. Please all secondees (and responsible persons) verify and complete the Secondees Factsheet you can find in the folder. This is important to crosscheck the contribution for each WP and include the updated figures in the reports. Any suggestion on the report preparation are welcome! @Nikos, Pantelitsa, please add a slot for discussing it in Tuesdays call. - Deliverable 2.3. - Request for Input

Dear AERAS partners, As discussed in our last WP2&4 meeting, we ask all the partners to give their input for Deliverable 2.3. AERAS Initial Reference Architecture. Each partner needs to add information regarding their assigned components: - Description, - Diagrams, - Technologies used, - Input and Output of components, - Interaction with other components, - Other useful info Next to each component, we have added the corresponding partner highlighted in green [PARTNER]. *On the 5th of June, we have our next meeting, so it would be great if we could see a first draft version of the Deliverable to discuss.* *We kindly ask our partners from STS-CY and AEGIS*, since our implementation will be based on their existing tools, to add their input as soon as possible. This will help the other partners with their input.
