Dear Fulvio and all,

Best wishes for a great 2024

From CUT's perspective, the plan was to  begin the secondment from March 24 to February 25.

However is important for us to have the signed amendment ASAP so that the university can prepare all the necessary paperwork for the secondee, avoiding any delays in his secondment and the secondee to be able to travel 1/3/24 for 12 months

Best regards,
Theodoros

Dear all,

first of all, all our best wishes for a great 2024.

I would like to inform you about the status of the amendment. I had an exchange with the PO on Monday and Tuesday and unfortunately I have a bad news.

She agrees on all the reshuffling we did but, contrary to what she told me in the past, her Head of Office (the one that at the end approve the amendment...) does not agree to the further 6-month extension we asked. So we must conclude the project to the original (already extended) date of Month 66 (31/05/2025).

I explained them how this could be important to conclude all the new secondments we have in the plan, but their position is that specific Consortium request of extension, other that the extension we already had due to the COVID, cannot be accepted, since we already got the maximum allowed extension for a project of this unit.

So I kindly ask all partners that still has secondments in plan (in particular TRINOMIAL, ETHICAL AI and CUT) to urgently conform the end date of all the activities to M66 in the Secondments tab of the portal, otherwise I will modify them proportionally. I will manage all the other changes in deliverables and WPs deadlines.

After this, we are only missing a document from TSI and the amendment can be submitted.

Best,
Fulvio
