Dear all,

during the last days I had some talks with our internal auditors and they asked me to amend what I told you about budget transferring. 

They pointed my out the fact that, being the MSCA projects based on actual secondments, the distributed budget should be also related to the quota of secondments we already implemented, and that the EC approved in RP1 and paid as interim payment.

Given so, I have re-calculated the budget distribution following these points:
