Thanks to Kostas, we had a one-month extension for the paper submission.

Even if the paper can be considered ready to be submit, we would like to use this time for further review.

For this reason, the editors’ team (Pantelitsa, Nikos, Georgiana, and myself) will stop working on it, and everybody can read and review the content at the following link
