To all team leaders

Dear all, 

as you know, the project will terminate at the end of the months. While working on the last deliverables, team leaders has to verify that everything will be in place in the portal.

I will try to summarize in the following some common tasks:

PUBLICATIONS: currently we have only 11 papers, mostly from the UPAT group. Please double check the attached file. If some papers you know are acknowledged to AERAS and are NOT in the list, it would mean that you haven't put them in a repository linked to the EC. You can use Zenodo adding AERAS as funding if needed. Please send the missing DOIs to me. Publications as you know should be green or open access. 

SME IMPACT: AEGIS, LIBRA, SPHYNX, TRID are consider SMEs and must include data about turnaround and no. employees. Please access the portal and update those data, or contact me for problems.

GENDER: each partner must update the gender table with the people involved in the project. Please do it or send me data about researchers or non-researcher personnel involved, divided by gender

RESEARCHER: please verify the data in the researcher declaration table, namely the duration of their secondment, place and WP/WPs involved. Please note that I will use that data for the final report.
