Dear friends, your project contacts should have been advised that the project periodic reporting has been opened. Please read carefully, there are action points for everybody. Each partner should access the portal and fill the required information, in particular the ones related to the financial information. The financial statement should be confirmed and then signed by your organizations PLFSIGN. Please note that this step is required even if you have 0 secondments (and consequently your report is without fund). In the meanwhile, I have started to draft the technical report, you can find in SharePoint under WP1 report. All WP leaders are requested to update and complete the part related to the work done by the respective WP, including the contribution of any single secondee. The period is from 01/12/2019 to 31/05/2023. I have already included the data we put in the MTM report, but we need to update it complete it. Please all secondees (and responsible persons) verify and complete the Secondees Factsheet you can find in the folder. This is important to crosscheck the contribution for each WP and include the updated figures in the reports.
