Dear AERAS partners,
I wanted to send an urgent reminder about the upcoming AERAS meeting scheduled for tomorrow at 13:00 CET to discuss user requirements for the visualizations part of our interface.
So far, we have received responses only from PAGNI regarding their availability for the meeting. Until now it seems that tomorrow Tuesday, at 13:00 CET (usual AERAS call) seems the time to be suitable to all.
To ensure that we can proceed as planned or make necessary adjustments, we kindly request that all partners confirm their presence (via email) or fill in the Doodle by today EOB.

Your participation is needed in this meeting as we need to collect information from you about the user requirements to be implemented in the interface of the AERAS platform, especially from the Pilots side. This is an important step in our work of developing the AERAS platform.
