Dear all, I confirm you that last week we finally submitted the first periodic report, in agreement with the PO and with some delays mainly due to problems in the portal, that have been successfully sorted out. Furthermore, Im proud to say that D2.3 has already been accepted! All my congratulations to the leading editors! During the preparation of the report, the main issue that has been pointed out by the PO is the low level of secondments. She is really worried by the fact that, at the time of the report, we fulfilled only the 40% of the planned secondments. She asked me to provide her a plan for the second half of the project to described how we want to catch up with this situation, in order to study with her possible countermeasures. To do so, I anticipate her our intention to hold a general meeting where we can mainly discuss this issue. In the meeting, each partner should describe the status of the WP hes leading (if any) and the plan for future secondments. Please find below the doodle to get your availability.
