the best candidate seems to be Monday 19, but let’s wait until this evening to choose the pool (some still have to respond).
In the meantime, I would like to confirm you that the current PO (Vasiliki Exarchou) and the future one (Nathalie Riguelle) will be in Milan in presence and confirmed the date of January 31st, 2023.

Dear all,
we have prepared the following first draft for the review agenda, that we would like to discuss in a remote meeting before the Christmas break.
The agenda has been defined basing on the template you can find in attachment and that has been sent us by the PO. There are important indications on what they expect we will discuss during the meeting. Furthermore, it is important to note the involvement of the Secondees in the WP presentation. Each secondee should show evidence of the facts they have been well included in the place they have been seconded, including also photos of their life there.
And the end, a session will be dedicated to one-to-one interview of secondees.
