Hi Fulvio,
Great news—and thank you for taking the initiative. This will give us valuable time to prepare and submit all pending deliverables in a much more polished form.
I fully agree with the proposed timelines and deadlines.
That said, we will aim to prepare and finalize Deliverable D5.4, which TRID is leading, by the end of May.
Best regards,
_______________________________________________Dear all,
Good news! I just got confirmation by the PO that we are granted of an extension until the 15 of June for the submission of the last deliverables, including the final Project Report.
This will allow us to have an actual review process.
If you agree, we can set up this new internal deadline for sending the deliverable to me for starting the internal review process:Monday, 9th of June.
Please note that I will be out of office from the 5th to the 9th of June, so I expect we can check the status of the submission in the usual Tuesday call on the 10th.
This doesn't mean that we can rest on our laurels, the work to be done is a lot and we have just some breath.
All deliverable leaders are responsible of collecting and organize the content and, if needed, change or adapt the structure of the deliverable in order to reach the deadline.
BestFulvio
