[AERAS] D2.3 submitted

Dear all, I confirm you that D2.3 has been submitted on the portal and it is now visible to the PO. Many thanks to WP2 team, and in particular to Nikos and Pantelitsa who worked hard on it in the last month. WP2 activities are now concluded with the submission of the work. The next expected work is D3.1 on model definition, and the submission of the joint paper within the end of the month.
