Dear Partners,

 

we hope this email will find you well and healthy.

 

to prepare the amendment for the extension, we have first to agree on the
new deadlines and a new plan for the secondments.

 

Please find attached our proposal. In particular:

 

*       In the sheet "SecondmentList" you will find the situation as it is
now in the portal (without the extension)
*       In "+12Mo" a proposed secondment plan where we only added 12 months
to the deadlines, taking into consideration the secondments already executed
by CUT that are left unchanged
*       In "STS CY" you can find the state taking into consideration the
conflicts (highlighted in red) we can have upon the change of premises of
STS (from Switzerland to Cyprus)
*       In "Proposed" you can find a solution to solve the conflicts, given
that we can not have secondments from/to the same country and from different
kind of partner (University to University or Company to Company not allowed)
*       In "Deliverables Plan" a proposal new plan for the deliverables,
with a consequent change in WPs duration proposed in the sheet "WPs"

 

Please take a look at it and give us our opinion.
