Dear all, we would like to update you about the call we had with the new PO, Vasiliki Exarchou, that substituted Stephanie Spanier. First of all, the PO seemed to be very collaborative and wished to help the project in all the way she is allowed. The main point of discussion was the project extension. We exposed her the fact that the secondment can be allowed to start only these days, with the exception of CUT, that already did some, and PAGNI, that has still problem in sending seconded employees. She granted us an extension of 18 months, not 12 has the old PO did, and asked us to revise the plan accordingly with an amendment. In the same amendment we will also include the change of premises of STS (from Switzerland to Cyprus), managing all the possible inconsistences of same-country secondment. I have revised the original secondment plan using the same format used last time, but adding 18 months. I’m sorry to ask you the same exercise you have already done, but please double check it and send me all the requests of changes needed. In the file you will find the following sheets: 1. The original secondment plan as by the Grant Agreement 2. The original plan translated of 18 months, keeping fixed the secondment already execute by CUT (in red, CUT please double check) 3. The shifted plan changing the premises of STS, highlighting in red the inconsistencies 4. The final proposed plan addressing all the inconsistencies, highlighted in yellow 5. The new deliverable plan, where the WP2 deliverable has been shifted of more than 18 months to allow the initial activities to start and complete 6.
