Dear Alberto, attached some more "meat" in the parts of our competence. All the parts newly added are highlighted in green, to avoid too much track change. Those are just first suggestions. I especially recommend all of you to check for the appropriateness of our proposals with regards to the target population and the outcome measures in the pilot. We surely need a further comparison of thoughts.
