attached some more "meat" in the parts of our competence. All the parts newly added are highlighted in green, to avoid too much track change.

Those are just first suggestions. I especially recommend all of you to check for the appropriateness of our proposals with regards to the target population and the outcome measures in the pilot. We surely need a further comparison of thoughts.
