Dear partners,

here you will find a new version of the proposal, revised up to WP5 with notes also in the other WPs. Please look at the content of these WP and let me know if you are happy about the content or you want to add / modify it.

It is time to define the budget. I ask you to provide me your required budget. Optimal solution would be that you compile the attached Excel file.

Please consider that hardware costs will be added separately. We aim to have at least 2 Giraff robots for SAS, PCL, MUNICIP and KORIAN, that is 8 Giraff robots and 8 kits for home and elder monitoring.

I ask to Giraff Tech (Amy) an estimate of the costs for Giraff (still 5,000 Euros?), to SXT the HW costs for monitoring the elder and to BDIGITAL the HW costs for monitoring the elders home. The latter task might be replace by a solution provided by Giraff technology.

Last, I ask your PIC number to register you in NEF along with the contact person who has to be listed (last and first name and email).

I ask you a feed-back on costs and PIC by Thursday 12th March and the feed-back on the proposal by Monday 17th March.
