Dear Partners,

here you can find here a new draft of the proposal, mainly modified in Section 1.3.

I will further edit the document, inserting material from BDIGITAL, OREBRO and PCL and moving the WP material into the general section.

As far as the budget is required, please consider that the limit of the project is at 4 MEuros. I have estimated an average cost between 350-400K Euros for a partner giving a large contribution to Research and Development.

Costs for the equipment for the pilot have to be considered separately, but concur to reach 4MEuros.

I understand that costs can vary a lot in the different countries. So please feel free to make your proposal.
