Dear partners,

please find here a draft of the full proposal. There are still small holes, but it is rather complete. Please look especially at your sections, I may have misinterpreted or lost track of something. So do not hesitate to contact me.

I also attach the actual temptative budget.

I have added 4 MM to UMIL, because of lead of WP9 on Dissemination. 3 WP for UMIL are a lot, so If any of you wants to take the lead of Dissemination WP, I will be happy to shift the 4 MMs to it.

No final committement of Orebro Municipality has come up to now.

I am aiming to do a pass on the whole proposal before Friday: it has to be shortened a lot ad to circulate an almost final draft.

I will circulate the last draft on Sunday evening and plan to submit the 14th.
