here is the current final draft. Sections 1-3 are still 15 pages longer. Tomorrow there is need of additional cuts. I have uploaded the documents and we have time until Tuesday 5pm to modify it.

Up to now I took away from WPs duplicated material. As always any feed-back is welcome.
