Dear all,

now that we have a filtering algorithm, we think that it might be good to fix a meeting and understand the current status of the annotation process and see the future steps.

I propose to meet at our Department on Wednesday morning at 10:00.

I would say that not everyone is required to be present; only the persons who are actually doing the annotation should be there but ofcourse everyone is welcome to join.
